1In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and cocoa powder well.
2Sift it 3-4 times.
3Melt Milk chocolate and butter in microwave. Keep it aside.
4Mix chopped pistachios and flour well.
5Beat egg and brown sugar well.
6Fold in the flour mixture.
7Add melted chocolate .
8Mix it gently.
9Shape it into a log.
10Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
11Slice it evenly and neatly. Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
12Refrigerate it for another 15 minutes.
13Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with top and bottom rods.
14Place the baking tray on the middle rack.
15Bake for 20 mins.
16Take the tray out and transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let it cool.
