1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 8” aluminium tin. Keep it aside.
2Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa powder thrice. Add sugar, powdered pistachio and orange zest. Keep it aside.
3In a bowl beat oil, egg, curd and orange juice well.
4Using a spatula, gently fold in the flour mixture and luke warm water.
5Do not stir the batter. Follow cut and fold method.
6Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.
7Bake for 35 minutes at 150 degreeC or until done.
