EmailTweet 5 Full-screen Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice cream By shanobiju Dessert May 4, 2018 IngredientsFor the custard 1 cup Full fat milk 1/2 cup Peanut butter 100 g Dark chocolate 1 cup Granulated sugar 1/2 tbsp Cornflour 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder 1 cup Whipping cream Directions1I am using full fat milk.2You can use homemade peanut butter .Choice is yours.3In a saucepan heat , milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cornflour and sugar4Keep stirring.Keep the flame low. 5Add dark chocolate. I am adding Lindt 70% dark Chocolate.6Remove it from the heat. Place the sauce pan into a bowl of cold water. Let the custard cool.8Whip the cream until stiff.Gently fold in the custard and whipped cream. 9Transfer it to a glass container .
