EmailTweet 1 Full-screen Chocolate Coconut Cake By shanobiju Cake May 7, 2019 Ingredients1 cup All purpose flour/Maida1/4 cup Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cup Salted butter 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1 Egg6 tbsp Lightly toasted coconut 4 tbsp Thick coconut milk 1/3 cup Lukewarm water 1 tbsp Apple Cidar Vinegar 1 tsp Vanilla essence Directions1Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.2Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder thrice.3Keep the toasted coconut and thick coconut milk ready.4Cream butter and sugar.
