Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour/ Maida

3/4 cup Cocoa powder

1 tsp Baking Soda

3/4 tsp Baking powder

1 1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Refined Oil

2 Egg

1/2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Water

1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/8 tsp Tonovin essence

5-6 Maraschino cherries

Directions

1Grease and dust a 9” pan. Sift all the dry ingredients thrice. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

2Beat the egg until pale in colour. Add sugar. Beat well. Add all the wet ingredients along with sifted flour. Fold in maraschino cherries.

3Transfer the batter into the prepared pan. Bake at 150 degree C for 35-40 minutes.
