EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Chocolate Banana Tahini Cake By shanobiju Cake March 30, 2021 Ingredients125 g All purpose flour/ Maida1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/8 tsp Baking Soda 50 g Salted Butter 50 g Granulated Sugar 50 g Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Mashed Banana 2 tbsp Cocoa powder 3 tbsp Tahini5 tbsp Water1 Egg1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tbsp Sesame seeds Directions4Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.5Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.6Cream butter and sugar. Add tahini. Cream well. Add banana.7Add lightly beaten egg. 8Cream well. 9Using a spatula fold in rest of the ingredients. Add 1-2 tbsp extra water if the batter is too thick.10Pour the batter to the prepared tin.
