Chocolate Banana Cake..

Ingredients

1 cup All purpose flour/Maida

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1/3 cup Banana mashed

3 tbsp Curd

1 Egg

1/3 cup Cocoa powder

1/4 cup Salted butter

1 tsp Vanilla essence

1/4 cup Luke warm water

1Grease and dust a 6" cake tin. Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C .

2Beat all the ingredients in a bowl using a electric mixer for 3 minutes. Do not over beat.

3Transfer the batter into the prepared cake tin .

4Bake for 35- 40 minutes or until done.
