Directions
1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust the cake tin. I’m using an 8” round aluminium pan. 6” pan can also be used.
2Sift all the dry ingredients thrice.
3Cream butter and sugar. Add the gently beaten eggs.
4Now add the flour and the other ingredients.
5Fold in the ingredients very gently.
6Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.
7Level the batter using a spatula.Gently place the chocolate pieces on top of the batter.
8Place it into the oven.
9Bake for 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
