Directions
1Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder thrice. Keep it aside.Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with top and bottom rods on . Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
2Ina bowl , melt butter and sugar in microwave.
3Let it cool well. Add eggs.
4In another bowl melt the chocolate broken into small pieces. I used Lindt 85 % dark chocolate.
5Beat melted butter-sugar and eggs using a electric hand mixer.
6Fold in sifted ingredients.
7Gently fold in avocado and melted chocolate .
8Fold it gently.Do not stir.
9Transfer it to the prepared tin.
10Add few chocolate chips if needed.(optional)
11Bake for 25 -30 mins or until done.
12Since it is wheat brownie, baking time will be slightly more than Apf brownies.
For the ganache
1Melt dark chocolate and butter in microwave.
2I used Lindt 70 % dark chocolate.
3Add red wine. Stir well.
7Baking time varys according to the size of the baking tin used.
8I used 11”x 7” rectangular tin.
