2Boil blueberries, mint leaves, lemon juice ,sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
3Cook until the berries are soft.
4Turn off the heat.
5Pass the liquid through a strainer if preferred.
6Let it cool.
7Now take a glass of ice cold water. Add 3-4 tbsp of cooked blueberries. Add extra sugar if required. Stir well.
8Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.
10You can also blend fresh blueberries, mint leaves, lemon juice ,sugar and water in a large jar mixer. Blend it for 2-3 minutes and serve it fresh and chilled.
