1In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together except water.
2Mix well for a minute or two . Add water.
3Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the dough is too stiff.
4Divide the dough into two portions. Cling wrap it and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
5Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
6Take the dough out . Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
7Cut it into to desired shapes. Transfer it into the prepared tin. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
8Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C. Turn on the fan mode.
9Place the baking tin into the oven . Bake for 18-20 minutes at 140 degrees C .
10Turn off the oven. Transfer the crackers to a coolingrack.
11Let it cool well.
