Directions
1Keep the stand mixer bowl ready. Mix all the ingredients together except oil.
2Knead for 12-15 minutes. Add oil. Knead for another 3-4 minutes.
3Cover the bowl with a wet towel. Let the dough double in volume.
4Punch down the dough gently. Knead for 2-3 minutes.
5Shape the dough into a loaf. Place it into a well greased loaf tin.
6Let the dough rise till the rim of the tin.
7Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
8Place the tin into the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C.
9Remove the loaf from the tin. Apply butter liberally. Allow the bread to cool for 3-4 hours.
