EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Banana Pistachio Poppyseed Muffins By shanobiju Muffin November 29, 2018 Ingredients1 cup Self raising flour 1/8 tsp Soda powder 1/3 cup Castor sugar1 Egg7 tbsp Melted butter 4 tbsp Milk1/3 cup Over ripe banana mashed 1 tsp Vanilla essence 1/4 cup Ground pistachios2 tbsp Blue poppy seed 1 tbsp Sour cream 1/3 cup Raisins Directions1Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.2Grease and dust the muffin tin.3Beat egg, sugar, butter and milk together using a whisk.4Add vanilla essence and mashed bananas. Keep it aside.5Now mix flour, raisin, poppyseeds and ground pistachios together.6Gently fold both wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. Do not stir the batter.7Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin tin.
