EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Banana Mawa Pistachio Cake By shanobiju Cake June 7, 2019 Ingredients125 g All purpose flour/Maida 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Baking soda 90 g Salted butter 2 Egg60 g Mawa1/2 cup Coarsely ground pistachios 80 g Granulated sugar 80 g Overripe mashed banana1/2 tsp Cardamom powder 6 tbsp Warm milk Directions1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 8” round aluminium cake tin. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice. Keep it aside.2Cream butter and sugar well.3Add mawa and cardamom powder. Add gently beaten eggs.4Continue creaming.5Now add mashed bananas. Fold in the sifted flour and warm milk.
