Directions
1Grease and dust two muffin tins. I’m using small muffin tins. Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.
2Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder thrice.
3Using a hand mixer, beat egg, oil and milk well.
4Add fresh cream.
5Now mix both dry and wet ingredients using a spatula.
6Add chopped Apple and Apple Cidar Vinegar.
7Do not stir the batter.Follow cut and fold method.
8Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin tin.
9Spoon 1 tsp of nutella .
10Give a gentle swirl using a wooden toothpick.
11Bake for 12-15 minutes at 140 degrees C.
