Cheesy garlic knot bread /pizza

This cheesy bread is flavoured with garlic, red chilli flakes and thyme . I used cottagecheese ,mushroom,olives ,capcicum ,onion and mozzarella cheese for the topping .

This bread is very soft and light . Lemon zest and thyme gives a beautiful flavor.
Garlic and red chilli flakes add some spice to this golden bread..

Wheat Bread (Tangzhong method)

I used water roux / tangzhong method for this bread. The bread made with this method is very soft and fluffy .

Spicy white bread

This bread is fluffy and mildly spicy .
It is flavoured with chopped ginger ,carrot and black pepper .
This goes very well chicken stew or creamy vegetable curry .

Saffron chia seed bread

I love the flavour and colour of Saffron . The crunchiness of chia seed makes this bread very unique .
The texture of this bread is soft, light and cottony and has a beautiful mild golden yellow colour.
This fluffy bread is made using tanghzong method .

Milk bread

Note..
I used Water Roux / Tang zhong method for making this super soft bread .Candied fruits makes it very vibrant and colourful .
I used candied fruits instead of tutti frutti .
Candied Guava, kiwifruit and cherry were added. Guava gives a beautiful and refreshing flavour .
