EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Chicken Fried Rice By shanobiju My Cookery Zone November 6, 2019 Ingredients2 cups Cooked basmati rice1/4 cup Onion chopped finely 1 tbsp Garlic chopped 2 tsp Ginger chopped 2 tbsp Green chilli chopped 1 tsp Ground pepper 1/4 cup Cabbage finely sliced 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped 1/2 cup Boneless shredded chicken (shredded)2-3 tbsp Thick chicken stock1 tsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce Sugar - a pinch Salt to taste 3 tbsp Oil Directions1Keep all the ingredients ready.2Heat a heavy bottom frying pan. 3Add oil. Add chicken. Stir well on high heat.4Add soy sauce , vinegar, chicken stock, and green chilli sauce.5Now add all the chopped ingredients and salt.6Stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes.7Add the cooked rice.8Stir well on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
