1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
2Grease and dust a 6” aluminium tin . Sift the flour and baking powder atleast 4-5 times.
3Cream the butter well.Add sugar.
4Now add gently beaten egg.
5Gently fold in the flour and water/ milk. Add vanilla essence.
6Transfer it to a prepared tin.
7Bake for 40-45 mins at 150 degrees C or until done.Check with a wooden tooth pick if done.
