1Take a medium sized beet root .Remove the skin .Cut it into medium sized pieces .Wrap it tightly along with ginger pieces in aluminium foil .Bake it for 50 minutes at 180 degrees C.
2In a bowl, mix oats, chilli flakes, pepper powder, chia seeds, raisins, cumin powder and salt together.
3Heat oil, honey, and lemon juice on low flame for a minute. Turn off the heat.
4Grind the roasted beet root and ginger into a smooth paste without adding water. Add this to the oats mixture.
5Now add the liquid and mix well.You can add more salt if required.
6Pre heat the oven at 140 C with the fan mode on.
7Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
9Bake at 140 degrees C for 20 minutes.
10Remove the tin from the oven.Now add roasted peanuts. Mix it gently using using a spatula.
11Place it back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
12Remove from the oven and allow it to cool well.
