1Blanch the tomatoes.Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for 30-40 secs. Take it out and remove the skin.
2Grind all the ingredients except tomatoes in a food processor or a mixie.
3Transfer it to a bowl.
4Grind the tomatoes.
5In a heavy bottom saucepan, heat oil .Add the onion, garlic ginger mixture. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
6Add tomato paste along with brown sugar and other spices , except lemon juice.
7Let it thicken .Keep stirring.
8It will take about 45 -50 minutes to thicken.
9Turn off the heat .Add lemon juice.
11Let it cool very well.
12Transfer it to a clean bottle and refrigerate it.
