4Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.
5Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
6Cream butter and sugar. Add tahini. Cream well. Add banana.
7Add lightly beaten egg.
9Using a spatula fold in rest of the ingredients. Add 1-2 tbsp extra water if the batter is too thick.
10Pour the batter to the prepared tin. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
11Bake at 150 degrees C for 35-40 minutes or until done.
