2In a heavy bottom saucepan pan, sauté all the dry ingredients (except fried noodles and corn flour ) for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
3Add water. Let it boil for 5-6 minutes.
4Mix corn flour in 2 tbsp of cold water. Add to the soup. Add salt. Add chopped spring onions. Turn off the heat.
5Add fried noodles , chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
