1Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
2Grease and dust the muffin tin.
3Beat egg, sugar, butter and milk together using a whisk.
4Add vanilla essence and mashed bananas. Keep it aside.
5Now mix flour, raisin, poppyseeds and ground pistachios together.
6Gently fold both wet ingredients and dry ingredients together. Do not stir the batter.
7Transfer the batter to the prepared muffin tin. I’m using mini muffin tins.
8Bake for 18-20 minutes or until done.
