Almond Coconut Granola

Ingredients

2 cups Gluten free rolled Oats

1 cup Freshly grated coconut

1/2 cup Sliced Almonds

1 1/2 tbsp Dry ginger powder

1 cup Raisins

1/3 cup Coconut oil

3/4 cup Salted Pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup Honey

1 tsp Salt

Directions

1Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.

2Mix all the ingredients together except raisins.

3Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

4Transfer the oats mixture into the prepared tin.

5Spread it evenly.

6Place it into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

7Keep stirring the mixture every 10 minutes.

8Now add the raisins. Bake for another 10 minutes.

9Remove the tin from the oven.

10Let it cool.
